Amanda is hands down the best realtor I've used. At the outset she did a great job of picking up on what our priorities and preferences were, even when we could have been better at articulating them, and identified areas for us to search that we hadn't considered. She stayed totally on top of listings, was very responsive and prompt with communication, and was able to work well with our schedules through numerous visits. She also had good insights regarding the some of the older homes we were looking at, and what would be involved in any renovation or repair. Importantly, she never pressured us to offer on a house we weren't comfortable with, or stretch beyond what we felt comfortable paying, and was a good advocate for our interests during the buying process. I would recommend her without reservation to anyone looking to buy a home in the KC area.

Mr Wiesemann has been our realtor for over 15 years. He went above and beyond for us and then some. We sold our house and bought two smaller homes-one in another State. This was complicated and was a very long drawn out process. He was there when we needed him whether early morning, late evening or even when he was out of town. He knows what he is doing in every area related to real estate. Very professional. I’d like to add his associate and his office help always have a smile, always are helpful to us as well. When my husband passed away I needed to sell my home. Jason walked me thru the entire process. Advising what I needed to do to get top dollar Advised me on repairs. He has a lot of knowledge. He helped me with the paperwork. My home was listed and sold in a short time I would recommend Jason He has knowledge of real state and home repairs. Is helpful and is understanding.

Hands down the BEST realtor in the business!! Look no further, you've found your new agent!!! She will work her tail off to get you the best deal and she is great at keeping in communication with you. She sold our house super fast and got us the best deal possible.
