My family and I have used Rod to both buy and sell homes. Rod is extremely professional and trustworthy. He has been a tremendous resource for us. He has always responded quickly to our needs and has taken what would be (at least for me) a very stressful and time-consuming process and turned it into a pleasant and hassle-free experience (and makes it look easy). We have used Rod as a buyer’s agent, and as a seller’s agent, in both capacities he has always seemed to act in our (his clients) best interest, even if it was in detriment to in his own. Rod communicates very well, and you can count on him to tell you what you need to hear, rather than what you “want to hear” (as my personal experience has been with realtors in the past). Weather you listen or not is up to you. We have experienced first-hand Rod’s ability to quickly adapt to changes in market conditions. Buying or selling, Rods ability to shift on the fly translates to the best odds of a favorable outcome for his clients.
