We reached out to Mark, because we had to relocate from Florida to Missouri and had one weekend to find a home. Given the hot real estate market, we were not optimistic about finding a home in a weekend. Mark lined up 12 showings for the weekend and guided us through the offer process during a lunch break. Based on his advice, we added some perks that he thought would appeal to the seller. Offer was in by 2pm Saturday and accepted by 7pm Saturday. Mark was also able to schedule the inspection for Sunday so that we could complete the whole process during our one weekend. It was a fabulous experience that made our move so easy. I wouldn't look any further than Mark if I need a real estate agent in this area.

I’ve used Mark to sell 2 houses and buy 1 house. His overall knowledge and advice is unmatched. Most agents would tell you to take the highest offer, which isn’t always the best offer, where Mark looks at the overall picture of guaranteed money and when my buyer almost fell through, Mark made it work. He’s like family at this point and the only person I trust with my real estate transactions
