We’ve worked with Mark to purchase two and sell one home in the past 18 months. He set up a very comprehensive MLS listing report for us to ensure we had visibility to all homes in our desired area. During the purchase process, he was always available to answer questions, meet for showings, pull comps - whatever we needed. He saved us money on the first house, which we ended up selling due to family changes. He was diligent setting up open houses and did an awesome video for the sale. We sold the house quickly for the price we we looking for. He was able to quickly schedule the inspection for the second home we purchased, which allowed us to make a more informed offer.
