He is a proud graduate of the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor where he obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management with a minor in Marketing. With more than 20 years of experience in business management at major corporations, to include 5 years in residential and commercial property management, Daniel brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every real estate transaction. Steven Kirkpatrick is a native of Central Texas and a graduate of the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. Steven grew up in Killeen, Texas and is a third generation real estate professional initiating his real estate career in 1993 in his father’s real estate company in Killeen, Texas. Steven is the son of a home-builder and Texas real estate broker and the grandson of a commercial and residential real estate developer. Steven has also practiced real estate extensively in the Denver, Colorado Metro and Southern California markets. His professional background also includes simultaneous and active participation in the insurance and financial services industries as an insurance agency owner in the states of California, Colorado and Texas thus bringing a wealth of practical knowledge and experience to his clients.
