I have worked with Samuel in a couple of properties and one of the main things you don't see in this business is the ownership of the sale/rent of your property. Samuel treats the transaction as his own house, goes the extra-mile helping with repairs, finding issues before the inspections, supervises the cleaning to make sure everything is in perfect conditions, and other necessary processes to have a successful sale. For people that don't do this as a main way of business, Samuel will be a great help to cover all the details to make a successful sale/rent.
