•My wife and I have done almost 3.5 million dollars worth of business via Ricardo through Sequoia Real Estate. That experience has been delightful. Ricardo is a powerful negotiator and extremely professional, yet remains down to earth with is clients. We went through the process many times with Ricardo and he has been patient and not once pressured my wife or I on a purchase/sale. It's not about his bottom line, but rather getting you what you want. He has shown this time and time again, even telling us to walk away from lucrative deals because we weren't happy. That kind of commitment is something hard to find from a real estate broker. I look forward to building a real estate empire exclusively leveraging Ricardo. A small part of me regrets showing proof of this gem to others, but he has just been too good to us for me not to.
