She made it so easy for us. overall excellence. Maria made it so easy and accessible that we did not need other staff. it couldnt have been better

This was my first house to sell, Tom was available to us any hour any day, very attentive to our needs. He was with us ever step of the process, right to the end. Definitely would recommend Tom as your realtor , he is amazing.

Not only did Maria help me every step of the way, but she also did a lot of behind the scenes stuff to make sure that my home sold in time to make the cut off for the other property.

I could not be more happy with our experience we had with Tonia! My fiance and I have both been previous homeowners and were a bit reluctant to get back into the housing market. Tonia made this experience fun and enjoyable for our entire family. Her knowledge and expertise made us feel very confident in our search for our new forever home. Her communication was phenomenal and we always felt comfortable asking questions. Tonia was very dedicated to finding us the perfect home and it was clear from the beginning that she was not going to quit until she did. Both my fiance and I anticipated our home search to come with complications and assumed it would be a long haul. This was absolutely not the case! Highly likely to recommend
Tonia was extremely helpful during our entire house search, she even stayed up past midnight the first day we contacted her to put an offer on a house and she had never even met us! While that first offer fell through she did a wonderful job getting us into the houses we wanted to see, and when the house we selected was being sold through Rex, a complicated online realty process, she tackled it the best she could so that we could have our dream house. I would highly recommend her to anyone shopping for a new home in the area!

Cynthia Maes, has made this real estate process very clean and easy. Cynthia has offered excellent advice and I highly recommend Cynthia to act as your agent to buy or sell your real estate. Cynthia has kept my wife and I updated throughout this whole process and has left no room for any gray areas. Cynthia has gone out of her way to make herself available to answer any questions day or night. She knows and understands the Fairfield/Suisun City real estate market better than most and offers great advice that can only come from someone that has many years of real estate experience.
