100% local Mendocino County, I know the people and the property. Born and raised in Mendocino County, I know the people and the property of the North Bay and the North Coast. I left the area right after high school to serve in the U.S. Navy and after seeing the world I came home because there is no other place like it. Then I took a job in the corporate world which again took me around the world and all over the United States. My real estate career allows me to stay right here in Mendocino County and I still think this is the best place in the world to live and raise a family.

We’ve worked with our fair share of realtors and Clint did an excellent job of handling our transaction. As a seller’s agent, he didn’t just wait for a call from a potential buyer. He made sure our house would show well then actively marketed our home and sent weekly updates. As a result, he found a qualified buyer in a reasonable period of time. Most real estate transactions have their moments and Clint handled every obstacle like a pro. He negotiated with the buyer’s agent effectively. All the paperwork was done correctly and on time. He was available to us whenever we needed him. Clint is a professional and I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Recently purchased land through Clint, from out of the area. He gave his total attention to all my questions, and was extremely prompt and thorough through the purchase process, even though this was an inexpensive sale for him.
