Jack was a full service provider for this transaction. We live out of state, so his services included coordinating the move out of our rental tenants; property inspection; recommendations on what we should do to prep the house for sale to maximize our return; recommendation of contractors to do the work; scheduling repairs; then listing the property. This whole process took less than a month. He recommended a price; and we received an offer, above asking, within 1 day of the listing. At every corner, if we had questions, Jack had answers. We found him to be full of local real estate knowledge; extremely personable; he was able to answer any and all questions; he was flexible and creative when working through the final escrow issues.We highly recommend Jack, and would use him again without a second thought.

Jack Cote, a real estate agent for Chase international, has to be one of the nicest and most professional people I’ve ever met. His caring style, his “the client always comes first” attitude is surprising, yet especially refreshing in this day and age. I can’t begin to count how many times he went out of his way for us - whether it was going to an inspection, taking pictures, making a video, measuring the length and width of something, “kidnapping” us for a Starbucks run, answering questions at all hours of the day and night, or making sure that every last detail was covered and thoroughly explained, Jack does it all…and he does it with a smile on his face and a love for what he does. He spent an incredible amount of time with us and even volunteered to pick us up at the airport. He is the genuine article and clearly has to be one of the best real estate agents in Reno.

Phil was wonderful helping us sell our home. He set the price at exactly the right amount. He communicated with us often and kept us up to date with viewings and feedback from those who came to see our home. Once we received an offer, he helped us through all the paperwork and processes to final closing. As a long-time resident of our neighborhood, he was able to convey to prospective buyers the many advantages of our community. And to top it all off, he was a genuinely nice person who we enjoyed getting to know and chatting with while waiting for inspections ad paperwork and such.
