Jack is by far the best team in Reno. He assigned me with a fellow agent when I reached out to him about purchasing a condo in Reno. He did this because his agent Kirk had lived in several of the buildings I was interested in and thought he would be the best expert for me.When I recently called Kirk about a home I was interested in, Jack got back to me right away to let me know Kirk was getting married and he would help us in any way he could in Kirks absence. He helped me immensely and never pushes you into anything and only gives his expertise if you ask. There is no way I would use any other team than Jacks at Chase because you can't find people that work like him and ALWAYS get back to you promptly. I would refer him to anyone needing low pressure expert real estate help in the Reno area.
