I had the pleasure of working with Jack Cote on the recent sale of my home. I had moved and needed to sell from another state while starting a new job at the same time which was very stressful. Jack was extremely helpful and went above and beyond getting cleaners for my home, fixing a few things prior to listing (even painted a wall!), and disposing of items when I ran out of time. Jack negotiated a solid deal and helped to find and meet contractors for minor repairs with a “don’t worry” attitude. Jack even went to my storage unit for me when I needed something and did not have anyone in a short time frame.
