Allicen was so wonderful to work with on the sale of my late parents home in Auburn Lake Trails

Allicen was so wonderful to work with on the sale of my late parents home in Auburn Lake Trails. I live out of state, so being there at the house when something was needed wasn't always an option for me. Knowing Allicen was there to help when I couldn't be there was such a relief and a huge weight off my shoulders. She truly is the best in the biz! I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Allicen and her team are absolutely amazing

Allicen and her team are absolutely amazing. Allicen spent the better part of a year helping my husband and I find our perfect first home. She listened to all of our wants and helped us fill in the needs we didn't even consider. She anticipated what we'd think and like even before we knew it and was always available for a text or a call if something popped up. Her resources, knowledge and work ethic helped take us from newlywed renters with big dreams viewing a property to hopelessly romantic renovators in our own home, keys in hand 13 days later. Rita kept the us informed and shared her knowledge to get the sale complete.e.

Rita was very professional and made sure all inspections were done in a timely manner. We knew what we were getting into, and were able to reduce the price of the house sale to do the repairs. Would use Rita again if we ever decided to sell.
