She knew the local housing market extremely well and she was familiar with non-standard parts of a house sale, such as probate conditions, reverse mortgage, and a leased solar system. Not only was she able to answer all my questions she also gave insight into questions I should have asked but didn’t. Maria gave reasonable suggestions on where I should focus house improvements, and she advised me on strategic pricing for best positioning in the market. She offered a list of recommendations for assorted local services. This proved extremely helpful, and everyone I hired, turned out to be an excellent resource. Maria used a professional photographer to showcase the house which had a big impact on presentation. She maintained open communication throughout the process and kept me informed of any new approaching milestones. She was generous with her time, and she was very kind to offer help taking away donations and posting the yard sale. Since I live one hour away from the house, she also offered to take on small tasks in town to save me the extra trip. She was excited to show the house during the open house and she was diligent in pointing out all the special features to potential buyers. Having an expert realtor to navigate all the inspections and the paperwork made the process painless, and in the end, the house was under contract in eight (8) days from time of listing for full asking price. I could not have chosen a better agent.
