Bridget is a people person, and very hard working. She was very easy to reach and persistent. Bridget provided a wide scope of homes and used a very helpful website so that clients can go through house options. The only area that I think buyers and Bridget should look into more when looking at property is researching areas of crime around property. I recommend her without reservation. Thanks Bridget.

I purchased a condo in the past and had no idea it was so much more involved to purchase a house. Since this was my 1st house purchase, I needed a lot of guidance. Bridget Higgins held my hand through the entire process, making appointments for me and explaining the steps all the way through escrow closing. She liaised with my mortgage broker, insurance companies, tenant, title co. etc. She responded quickly to my inquiries and never dropped the ball. I had heard that Stephanie was an expert and the go-to realtor for Foresthill, but she is that and a whole lot more. She gave me recommendations for the termite inspection and appraisal that were very quick to reply, got the job done and were very professional. There were several issues with the buyer in which Stephanie was able to assist the buying agent, the new lender and the buyer to finalize the deal.
