Townhouse
•With the house being in the Woodley Hills neighborhood of Alexandria (the home of my brother who had died) and me living on Capitol Hill in DC, logistics were a challenge for me. Recognizing this, Amanda went above and beyond the real-estate-agent call of duty to support me in getting the house sold. She suggested contractors to have unneeded furnishings picked up, get the interior repainted, get the windows cleaned, have landscaping done and have the final interior cleaning completed. She met me at The Home Depot multiple times to look at replacement appliances and flooring and provided well-reasoned advice that helped me make wise decisions. She worked tirelessly, driving all over northern Virginia to get the homeowner's association's clearance and making minor purchases to get the house ready to go on the market. And she arranged contingencies to ensure closing happened as scheduled. She gave me such focused attention that it sometimes felt like I was her only client. I truly can't think of anything more Amanda could've done to support me with this sale. She absolutely was a rock star.
