Being an older widow with a few health issues, I realized it was finally time to downsize and sell my beautiful home on Apple Mountain. My home is considered pricey for the area, was 16 years old, and I was worried it would be hard to sell for a fair price. Lori was highly recommended by a friend and she did not disappoint. My home was sold within a few weeks, at the asking price, even though there were other lower-priced options close by. I believe the staging and suggested improvements made all the difference.
