When thinking of selling my husband‘s mother’s home in the Culpepper area, my husband and I were thinking that we should use a local real estate company that would be familiar with the area. So, we are so very glad we chose Montague Miller and Company assigning Kelly Corbin to sell the house. She met and exceeded our expectations . Kelly Corbin not only sold and closed on the home expeditiously, she connected us with people that could cut the grass, clean the house and property, and other necessary services. Kelly even found the relative who was living there the perfect place to live in town. She provided moving resource and even provided help to pack his things to move. Everything worked out like clockwork. Our agent, Kelly, was very knowledgeable of not only the area and its resources but could relate to our situation with moving the relative out of the house. Kelly was so helpful so patient and persistent with her efforts anyone else would’ve given up, we believe. Her plate was full. We know that she was “our Angel” sent to us. Kelly was fully knowledgeable with the Internet use as she sent forms for us to sign and initial . This was extremely helpful given we lived out of state. We can’t say enough about Kelly and the Montague Miller Real Estate Company. They were everything and much much more than we expected. I wish I could give more than a five star rating. The quality and care of service was “out of this world.” Kelly certainly lived up the the well earned 5-star rating.
