Being an older widow with a few health issues, I realized it was finally time to downsize and sell my beautiful home on Apple Mountain. She did an amazing job with the staging of the house and made it look upscale and modern with my furniture and most of my items. My home was sold within a few weeks, at the asking price, even though there were other lower-priced options close by. I believe the staging and suggested improvements made all the difference. Our expanding family was quickly outgrowing the 3-bedroom townhouse we were renting, so we knew it was time to find a new home. I had known Lori from her work in the community, but didn’t realize she was a Realtor until she happened to be selling the townhouse right next to us. After a short conversation (and witnessing Lori use a pressure washer to help her sellers prepare their home for sale), her dedication to her clients was apparent. When we met with Lori to get an overview of her services and the buying process, we quickly knew she was the right choice for us. Lori shared every listing that fit the specifications and price range we discussed. She quickly responded to our questions, arranged showings so we could see every home we were interested in, and offered advice at each step. Her industry knowledge and attention to detail were unmatched. When we were ready to make an offer, we felt confident that her advice would give us the best opportunity to secure our future home. What may be most remarkable about working with Lori is that her personalized approach doesn’t stop once the sale is complete. Our sellers needed a month-long rentback and we were out of state when they moved out. In our absence, Lori eagerly accepted “landlord” duties and completed the final inspection. She even ensured the home was professionally cleaned, so we could move in upon our return. I’m not sure we could have relied on Lori more, but I’m confident that if there was anything else we would have needed, she’d have taken care of it—likely before we even asked. From searching for and securing the right home to finding a trusted lender and hiring a home inspector and movers, Lori made our buying process seamless—even enjoyable.
