I had Jacob managed to sell my home in Chino Hill CA in 2014, the process was smooth and fast and we closed our escrow a little less than 30 days. He also helped us to find our new home in Anaheim Hills, we had a few issue with the lender which cause us couldn't close escrow on time but Jacob managed everything in the most professional way so we did not got any penalty from the escrow office.
