I sold a home in Del Webb Apple Valley. Jim lives in Del Webb and had multiple listings in the area of my house. Once we struck up a a partnership to sell the house, I was not disappointed at any point in Jim's very professional work. As we progressed on the selling journey, I found Jim to be very personable, which made our discussions easy. We had multiple buyers that had their own issues, so Jim led me through the unexpected issues with adaptability and calmness. I live in Northern California, so communication was a key element. Jim was extremely responsive in keeping me updated regularly via phone, text, and email. I was also impressed by the weekly Online Analytics Report that showed all the activity on the house. Jim helped me come up with a good market price. He had good negotiating skills in dealing with all the offer/counteroffers that come up during the sale process, including the Inspection Reports. He has many years of experience in the Apple Valley and Victorville area, so he has deep local market knowledge. He also had a realty team working under him that helped out. He also has key resources that we used that were extremely beneficial - contractors to take care of any items needing repair from the inspection report, and an Escrow team that handled their job very efficiently. I had renters in the home not paying. Jim gave referrals and assistance with the eviction then cleanup and repairs new carpeting and paint. This is while I was out of state! He made it so streamlined and affordable that my potential nightmare was a mere setback. The marketing was astounding and the price he negotiated was excellent for us. We have used Jim for buying and selling multiple houses he is very experienced, trustworthy and effective. The best in the area for sure!

Jim was the best. Every time something came up he had the answer or was able to quickly get us the answer. When we had problems with closing he worked overtime, after hours to get the problem resolved. I have worked with Jim on 5 different home transactions and I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else. His knowledge of the market and timing has been perfect. Even after the transaction Jim was available to help us with gardeners, contractors or a handyman.
