Cheryl Pecoraro was a Godsend to me! My father had passed away in September, and we had put my mother in nursing home care back in June due to her advanced dementia. So, I had to sell their Florida home from afar (I live in North Carolina) and needed to do it by the end of the year (2020). Cheryl became my EVERYTHING! She handled SO much -- from spearheading the necessary renovations and repairs to being there whenever there was a Lowe's or Home Depot delivery to doing all of the things a Realtor would normally do (open houses, clever marketing, securing a buyer). And she talked me down from more than a few ledges when the process seemed overwhelming.
