David was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind throughout the entire process. He took to the time to explain every step along the way, and made sure that I was well informed of every decision that needed to be made. David also suggested an inspector who was amazing and very thorough with his findings/report. It doesn't stop there.. he also put me in touch with his mortgage broker Lisa who is awesome, and an insurance broker who made my home owners/vehicle insurance purchase seamless.
