Say "YES" to the "YES TEAM"!!

I have had the pleasure of working with Karen professionally in the past. She is dedicated to her career in Real Estate and loves helping folks navigate their real estate transactions whether buying or selling. Karen and Michelle work well together. I called Karen to get her advice when deciding to sell my mothers-in-law home in Clearbrook. She gave her opinion of value, condition and the current market, not knowing for certain that she would be listing since we were actively selling by owner. She knew our decision was personal and we would need time to navigate the process. Deciding to list with Karen and Michelle was the best decision we made. There were times that I felt the communication was scarce, but having been in the business I know that life gets busy and the emails and texts don't stop, but little did I know that she was working with potential buyers behind the scene navigating a Bonafide offer once she brought it to the table. She took it upon herself to assist with some HOA issues we were having and helped us to resolve a potential unforeseen violation. Prior to listing with Karen many agents were reaching out to us to list the property. When I asked if they had buyer's they all said "No". Karen did not pursue us as For Sale by Owner, we contacted her. She did not try to persuade us to list, she encouraged us to take our time and gave us a realistic price to list. That being said once we listed at the end of August we were closed by the beginning of December. In addition to working with Karen and Michelle, working with attorney Evan Pickus, Esq. made this entire transaction a breeze.
