Suzanne is one of rare real estate agent you will come across who checks on all the great qualities you look in a real estate agent – knowledgeable of the local area she does business, always available to her client, great in marketing the house not only in local area but also adjacent areas such as New York, well-informed in all the aspects of buying/selling real estate, and persistent and dedicated to make sure the house sells at the right price. She helped us in selling our house and within few days of listing the house we got multiple offers on the house, and house went into contract soon. We were able to sell the house above the listed price. Suzanne was all the way there while helping us in negotiating the contract, making sure we are not taken advantage from the buyers, and coordinating with the buyer’s agent to make sure all the required steps – inspection, negotiation after inspection and closing dates are within what was agreed in the contract. When we will buy or sell another house we will again hire Suzanne. You can’t go wrong in hiring her.
