Holly is the best! I have purchased and sold 2 houses using Holly and every time the experience has been great! On the houses I have sold, she was able to sell the houses for more than what I was expecting. On my most recent house we purchased a new construction house. Holly was able to talk the new home builder to include a storm shelter at no cost to me! I highly recommend Holly. She knows what she is doing and is very easy to work with.

I had been trying to sell a 4.5 acre lot for a couple of years. Some of that time working on it in my own.some with a realtor. It wasn’t a good experience so I went back trying to seep it in my own. I met Souri while looking for a house. She was very responsive and helpful showing me different locations. As I spoke with her I mentioned my land. She asked if I’d be willing to let her try and sell it for me. I eventually said yes. In a matter of months the land was sold. She always kept me in the loop. She was patient when I was not quickly responsive. I was very happy to have worked with her. I would highly recommend her. She walked me through the steps and was very clear in. Explains everything.

I hadn't bought a home in 24 years. Souri did an great job of walking me thru the process. She helped me work thru the decision to buy an existing property or build a new one. She had me met with a builder, she made sure I was able to see existing homes at the convienience of myslef and my Fiance. Very patient. Ensured I know what to expect each step of the way.
