•Tammy and her team managed a rental property for me from 2007 through 2021. During this time, I always had quality tenants, was paid net rents timely monthly, was updated on relevant tenant/maintenance matters, and always felt I was getting good rental income compared to the market. Zillow approached me with a cash offer to sell the house in mid-2021 for a price that exceeded my expectations. As my tenant's lease was up in October 2021, I considered the offer. I talked to Tammy and she assured me that she could market the property and sell it for more than the Zillow offer. Sure enough, Tammy came through and I recently closed on the sale and netted much more than I would have through Zillow.
