Lisa listened to our needs and over delivered

Lisa is amazing! Lisa spent the time to carefully listen and understand our needs (home, neighborhood, financial, timing, family). She went to work for us, objectively searching for a match to meet our needs. During her work, she understood our needs well enough to weigh various trade-offs with our interests in mind. She took the time needed to objectively understand our needs and situation. Her communication was effective and timely, even when uncertainties surfaced. Lisa also engaged as our partner who was in it with us and for us. She was willing to figure out multiple paths to success and pursued these in a timely manner. In a seller's market, speed of communication and acting fast are both critical. Lisa knew this and the evidence is in the results. In this market, we needed to purchase contingent upon the sale of our home, our timeline to buy was narrow, we were working with a tight budget, needed specific home features, and were strongly motivated by backyard privacy.
