let me start by saying that I cold called the Remax Agency that I was referred to by my friend that lives in Scottsdale and it wasn't very long before Lea Ann responded to my request for an agent. If I could have hand picked someone to assist me in my looking for a Condo, I would pick Lea Ann. From driving me around for 3 days, to helping me ask the right questions, to finally deciding, she was of the utmost help. After the closing, she even attended the walk thru with me as well as the HOA indoctrination the following day. She has continued to be of help by advising me of Local moving companies I can use and a handy man to help me with a bit of closet remodel I want to do for my daughter. If you want over the top involvement with someone who knows the area and will treat you like you are her only client, then give Lea Ann a call

Rebecca is a great real estate agent. Last year I bought my first house and Rebecca was my real estate agent. She made the whole process incredibly easy and was always there to answer any of our questions. I thought that buying my first house was going to be a stressful and complicated process but it was easy and painless thanks to Rebecca. Even though there was a ton of paperwork to fill out Rebecca explained it all to us so we could understand. She also made sure that we were able to look at all if the houses that we wanted and was very accommodating with our schedule. I would refer Rebecca to anyone.

No matter how often I changed my mind or wanted to see a property again or drive around the neighborhood, Lea Ann was consistently kind and patient. Aside from knowing the real estate business backwards and forwards, she was remarkably astute at assessing our needs.
