Jim is a wonderful person to work with and I would recommend him a million times over to anyone looking to buy/sell or a home. I reached out to him when the idea of selling my house first began as an option for me (I had a lot of questions) and he was there every step of the way. Jim made himself available practically 24/7. Not only is he professional and knows his business very well, he is overall just a great person to be around and work with. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. We ran into a few things along the way and Jim always let me know all my options, gave me his expert advice, and then respected how I wished to proceed. Absolutely wonderful experience. Jim assisted me with both selling and buying a home. He was wonderful to deal with and very responsive to all of my questions and concerns. He made him self available to join me for the walk-throughs of my new build home and was very helpful in pointing out items that required correction. In regards to selling my older home, Jim made great recommendations on the items needing spruced up prior to listing it. While I know it is not typical, Jim had the home sold and escrow closed within 8 days of putting the home on the market. I look forward to using Jim again in the future for all of my home buying & selling needs.

Before listing my house, I met with several realtors to find out their marketing strategy and knowledge of the area. Jim's research of the neighborhood before we met allowed us to determine the best marketing strategies and selling price. His expertise in marketing and suggested asking priced proved to be the winning combination as the house sold within 3 days.
