Great Realtor!
Ron was very professional, helpful and friendly all throughout our selling process. We definitely made the right decision choosing him to help us sell our house. Stress-Free
I cannot thank Ron enough for his help and support in selling my home, despite tough and challenging circumstances. Due to a sudden divorce and an unexpected cross-country move, I needed a realtor that I could trust to handle things in my best interest while I was 1,700 miles away. This, coupled with the market decline and high-interest rates, resulted in a slower sale than anyone could have predicted. Ron kept me informed of everything he was doing to market the home, made suggestions of little things to make it more appealing to potential buyers, and came up with creative initiatives to attract buyers during a tight market. All this, while simultaneously encouraging and supporting me to remain optimistic and gently reminding me that the property was unique (almost 4,000SF) and that the right buyers would be immediately interested. He was right! And when those buyers appeared Ron made the whole closing process seamless. Thank you so much Ron!
