Great buying experience with agent Anthony McClellan
I just bought a house with the help of Anthony. He is a great agent to work with! I consider myself a picky buyer, but Anthony had been very patient in showing me different properties. He also had been very proactive in looking for properties that I might like, and he eventually found the perfect one for me( the one that I just bought). Anthony guided me through the entire buying process with his knowledge and professionalism. He went through the contract with me and explained all the terms on the contract. After we submitted the contract, he kept in close contact with the seller side for status of our contract. Anthony always responds to my text/phone calls immediately, and he was very patient with all my questions. I highly recommend Anthony to anyone who wants to buy/sell houses!

One condo under contract, we found another
We found out the condo we were viewing had just sold, Tony immediately searched for similar condo's in the area we wanted. We viewed numerous others that day and Tony took all the time necessary when our plans changed suddenly. The next day we looked at two of the condo's again. Tony's was extremely helpful in determining the offers and in the negotiation process. I was also impressed by Tony's dedication. Tony responded quickly whenever we had questions or needed to discuss something regardless of the day or time. I highly recommend Tony whenever you need a realtor in Delray, Boca, and the surrounding area.
