Kenny is by far the best real estate agent I’ve ever coke in contact with! He is all about client first from start to finish… he is always 10 steps ahead of the process and if something does negatively happen he has solutions before you even knew an issue came up! I have used Kenny for multiple transactions and have trusted him with all 3 of my children’s multiple purchases , my brother and my cousin! He exceeded our expectations each time! I would like to also add that this last transaction I was selling a unit at the Water Garden condo off las olas and Kenny secured the highest price per square foot ever in the building!! Steve was a pleasure to work with. He is professional but still personal and friendly. He made our home search informative and enjoyable. His easy going manner took some of the stress out of the process. Since we did our search remotely, Steve was extremely accommodating and spent an entire weekend driving around and face timing many different houses. He was willing to adjust his plans and fit in last minute request. He helped guide us through the process and was there for and with us until the end, and afterward. As promised, he followed up with me occasionally and then more formally at about 7 months as I'd requested. It was time to start looking for a place to purchase.
