Incredible agent, fierce advocate, extremely knowledgeable expert in the field
I truly cannot imagine a better agent than Beth Daly. She has a tremendous amount of experience, and therefore knows every pitfall. She is an incredible advocate, helping her clients navigate an increasingly challenging market. While kind and polite at all times, she is very strategic and was an amazing guidepost during an extended search for my home. My budget was very low, and that made the process very long and complicated, given the high number of cash buyers at every home we offered on. Although my budget was low, Beth cared more about the home I would buy than almost anyone: she made sure I did not end up with a lemon, and pointed out many red flags at many potential homes. Therefore, my process took a while and Beth never gave up on me, even though she has the chops to only work with the extremely wealthy. She has been in the business a long time and therefore knows everyone; she can recommend several companies for any given need. And every recommendation pointed me toward someone so helpful and talented. Beth is the best, there can be no better realtor in my estimation. She came highly recommended by several friends and I owe them a lot, because without Beth I would not be where I am.
