Krisztina did an amazing job helping me sell my house from start to finish. I could not have asked for a better experience. From the initial visit with a walk through to get an idea of what we were working with, to pointing out some things that could be done to increase appeal, and go over comps in the area to give an idea of what to expect. The staging service she offered was top notch between her eye for detail in design and the fantastic choice of the photographer. She was extremely personable, knowledgeable and helpful. Always was available to answer questions and offer helpful suggestions. My first time selling a home seemed like a daunting task, but was made a very pleasant experience. Communication between herself, her partner Mike and myself was top notch. I'd highly recommend Krisztina to anyone looking for help finding or selling a home.

Quite recently, thanks to Steve's support and assistance, we were able to locate and close on a wonderful piece of South Florida property. Due to the pandemic, we were not able to travel to Florida and personally see the property beforehand. Hence, we needed to count on Steve to be "our eyes" from afar. To this end, Steve went out of his way to go above and beyond by previewing properties ahead of time on our behalf which he felt were suitable, followed by later "zooming" us to allow for a virtual tour. Steve was always one step ahead when it came to providing information and factual analysis re: each property. Most importantly, following the time that we signed a sales contract on our chosen property, Steve remained well connected to the deal and maintained a watchful eye over the transaction up and through the point of closing.

Tom and Fernando did a very good job. They had very good knowledge on neighborhoods and the houses in which I was interested. I feel they had my best interest in mind at every stage of this transaction. They were always there when I needed any assistance. If asked, I can certainly recommend Tom and Fernando for anyone buying or selling your home.
