Kenny Silverman is the absolute best in the business. He went above and beyond any expectations I had when I sold my home. He used an excellent photographer to take pictures of my home, attended every showing, and made what would be a stressful situation into a smooth transaction. Any bumps along the way Kenny took care of without me having to ever ask him. If I ever needed him, no matter what time of day it was, he was available. He answers calls and texts quickly. I never had need to follow up with him because he would be the first to call. I never had to wait for answers to questions I may have had. I’ve had quite a few transactions with realtors where I felt like I was pulling teeth for answers to the simplest questions. I never experienced that with Kenny. I cannot say enough about him. If you are looking for white glove service at a competitive price point look no further.

I’ve done three transactions with Kenny Silverman and each transaction is has been aces. Kenny sold my Parkland home in 2021. He had a great photographer take professional photos of my home, he was at every listing appointment even if it went he was driving well over one hour away to be there. He had my home sold first day listing with multiple offers over asking. He then found a rental in Fort Lauderdale that met the needs of my family as this was quite a lifestyle change for us. He knew exactly what I wanted, and pointed out pros and cons of each rental. When we decided Fort Lauderdale was to be out permanent home, he found many great properties but most importantly he found us our new home. Kenny is a outstanding realtor and works as if you are the only client he has. His dedication, knowledge, experience are unmatched.

Ronald helped me get the best offer for my custom designed home . He did a market analysis and developed the marketing plan taking in mind that this would sell as the highest per square foot price for a non waterfront lot in Wilton Manors . He was diligent in having the house professionally photographed ,including drone photography to illustrate the proximity to Wilton Drive . He created a quality printed brochure and secured local and targeted advertising . When he showed the property , he was always early to be sure everything was presented perfectly for the potential buyers . He was always on call and available to be sure that the deal was complete . He truly went above and beyond in terms of his services ,in addition to making the process seamless and stress free .
