My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Jessica McCain in late March and she was fantastic. It started with a well thought out step-by-step plan on how they were going to sell my house and it worked out just as planned. Being in the business for over 20 years Jessica's real estate expertise showed immediately! House went on the market on Thursday and had multiple offers (ALL well above asking price) to choose from on Monday. Needless to say the process went through without a glitch and closed in 21 days.
