We couldn’t be happier with the results Sandra Crews and Alex Crews delivered on the sale of our home in Greenbriar. We sold above list price, with no contingencies, at a time when 3 nearly identical homes were also on the market — and ours sold for more than all of them. In fact, of all comparable homes sold within 90 days, ours achieved the highest price per square foot.
