Bob was an absolute professional and knew the local market inside and out. This was evident when we recognized that, unlike what other realtors may do, he didn’t throw every listing at us in hopes that we’d accept. He clearly listened to our interests and filtered out what wouldn’t be appealing to us. For us, the most important thing was that we were confident that he would have our best interest in mind while we were looking for a home from a couple time zones away. Bob came to us as a recommendation and we are really fortunate to have had him as our agent. We are very happy with our purchase and the guidance he afforded us along the way! He identified ways to cover the cost of inevitable repairs through negotiations and we felt like we had his undivided attention. And then there’s the recommendation for the other real estate related services! Mortgage broker, home inspector, settlement company, folks for repairs... you name it, he had a 5-Star point of contact for the service. We are incredibly impressed with our home purchase experience, and would highly recommend Bob to anyone shopping for their new home in Northern Virginia!
