•My wife and I have had seven closings prior to our home sell with Lynn. I've sought out high quality realtors in the past, including other top-rated realtors in various metros. I cannot understate this. Lynn's service is almost super human, and she completely reset the bar for what it means to be an elite service provider. We sold at a higher price, with better net proceeds, easily, with near-zero stress, anxiety, or worry. I had a lot of anxiety about this sale for the year leading up to deciding to list. It all melted away, she and her own network of service providers came in, knocked out the little things affordably, quickly, and decidedly. And we had valid concerns. She balanced everything for us and we made out better as a result. I thank the lord every day that we had Lynn in our corner, and I wouldn't ever recommend anyone in Idaho to work with anyone other than Lynn Moore. Thank you Lynn! We are more grateful than we could put into words. Thank you for all the amazing things that you do.
