Rick had the knowledge and expertise to guide us through the entire home sale process from beginning to end. If we had a question he either had or found us an answer. He listened to our desires and followed through with what we wanted. He was able to be reach whenever we had questions or wanted to discuss options to improve the sale ability of our home. The paperwork was always ready when he moved through the steps so there were no delays and the process ran smoothly from start to closing. I contacted Lynn to help me sell my property. She was very knowledgeable about the current market and gave me advice on how to prepare my home to show. She checked on me almost daily answering my questions and concerns. She even brought me packing boxes as it was hard for me due to the fact that I don't drive.
