•Buying a home is stressful by itself. You hope to find a trustworthy Agent who is looking out for your best interests to identify only the homes that meet the specifications you outlined. An Agent who will give you an honest assessment of the market and honest feedback of your expectations. That Agent for us is Louie Chirco. Louie provided the hands-on customer service required while also adapting to a virtual/remote environment. After a few weeks of helping us figure out exactly what we were looking for in our next chapter, he found it. To ensure that the pictures matched the description, he went to the home to walk through and verify, and only then did he recommend we pursue. After placing the offer, the painstaking process of inspections and assessments needed to happen quickly. Louie arranged for and participated in each visit on our behalf. Less than a month later, we closed. His offers to assist us with contractor services and utilities did not stop after closing. Full circle back to my original point about finding a trustworthy Agent, I neglected to mention we did this huge purchase all remotely, six hours away, from Virginia. We will whole-heartedly recommend Louie to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Wilmington market.
