•First-time home-buyer, however I've been through this process a few times. Who you select as your realtor matters. They're the factor that determines whether or not you acquire your dream home. There are plenty of real estate agents out there who are competent, know the process, and will facilitate the home-buying process in a satisfactory manner. They'll perform their duties, and usually everything will be fine. With any service however, there will always be a smaller group with a deeper understanding of how to give themselves and their clients an advantage and better navigate their professional landscape- Luke is absolutely in that group. My list of requirements were a bit unrealistic & extremely sought-after, to say the least- and the Charlotte real estate market is barbaric. Listings that matched my criteria consistently went under contract the same day-- we would have a viewing scheduled within the hour of posting only to find other competitors already there, waiting for their realtors to arrive. I would not have successfully gone under contract on my home with another realtor-- 12 parties attempted to schedule viewings the day after we went under contract. However, getting under contract is only half the battle. Once you're under contract, there's a myriad of pitfalls to avoid, even when it's comparatively smooth sailing. Due to the sort of multiple outside factors that everyone prays doesn't befall them (or doesn't even consider), my process was anything other than smooth sailing. Thanks to Luke's ability to think outside the box, he was able to perform miracles and we were able to close without delay. It's rare to find people who take such pride in their work, and wise to let them go to bat for you. Luke is a realtor who delivers solutions without compromise. I got exactly what I wanted, and it's all thanks to Luke. Thanks again, Luke.
