Caitlin Valk, Director of Business Development and Training, came to RE/MAX Executive with 13 years of experience in training and education, including instructional design, K-12, and higher education. As former Theatre director, she loves working with people and finding creative solutions. A native of Oxford, Ohio, Caitlin has been in the Charlotte area since 2006. She enjoys game and movie nights with her husband and three kids and traveling with her daughter’s competitive dance team.

Darren has lived in the Upstate selling Real Estate for over 25 years. After graduating from college, he worked in the banking industry and then as a sales representative in Northeast Ohio. Darren and his wife Kim moved to the Upstate where they built their home and have enjoyed becoming part of the lake family. They have two children. Conner, a Senior at Clemson University and Lydia, a Freshman at Georgia Southern University. Darren's banking and sales background have made him a perfect fit for home buyers and investors from the Metro Atlanta Area and across the U.S.. 25+ Years of experience and knowledge of Lake Hartwell and Keowee has given his customer's an edge when buying or selling. Milton has been active in the Real Estate Industry since 1972. He opened his own Real Estate Company in 1986. He joined RE/MAX in 2000 & has 3 companies in Greenville, Columbia & Lake Keowee. He is experienced in Residential, Commercial, Land, Developing, Investing, Property Management and Rentals. He has been building & developing since 1974. He was a principal owner of Young Concrete & SYS Associates, a commercial construction company from 1986 till 1993, his expertise extends to the construction industry as well. Milton has served as a director for both the Local and State Home Builders Association and has been an active member of the Association of General Contractors. Milton holds the prestigious CRS (Certified Residential Specialist, CRB (Certified Residential Broker) Destinations from the National Association of Realtors & is a candidate for the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation at National level. He holds the GRI (Graduate of the Realtors Institute) designation at State level, RSPS certification (Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist) and is a CDPE. Milton has served on the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, the Cleveland Street YMCA, Easter Seals, Rotary, Goodwill Industries, United Way and numerous other boards and commissions for Greenville. He currently serves as Treasurer for Lead Academy, a public charter school. He is on the CRS National Finance Committee as well. He has served for years on the United Way Disbursement Committee, which decides where over thirteen plus million dollars is distributed. He has also served as Treasurer, Fundraising and Finance on numerous companies, boards and commissions.
