Josh grew up in Nashville, Tennessee and received a Master's Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Tennessee. He taught middle school in two major public school systems for six years before entering the real estate business in 2007. Josh learned the business in the midst of a struggling economy and used that experience to become a top producing agent specializing in luxury home sales, land sales and subdivision development. Josh and his wife Lindsay, a native Greenvillian, have been married since 2002. They have three active boys: Max, Meyer, and Mills and a very sweet daughter, Mia, who runs the show! They spend their free time taking advantage of all of the family friendly opportunities Greenville and the surrounding areas have to offer!

Susan hit all the marks required for an excellent agent!

Susan worked very hard helping us through the ups and downs that can happen when selling your home. She was on top of every issue … re a difficult town board and various inspection requirements. She gracefully walked us through every detail and we sold at our full asking price. Believe me when I say Susan’s diligent work ethic and qualified experience sealed the deal for us. Josh was my realtor in buying my first home in...

Josh was my realtor in buying my first home in Greenville. He was extremely helpful and always available, even when the listing agent and seller were difficult. I highly recommend Josh as a buyer's agent. I would imagine he'd be a great seller's agent as well because he is truly an advocate for his clients.
