•John and Mary helped us sell our house and purchase a new home in the spring of 2016 and we were very happy with our decision to choose them as our realtors. Prior to even deciding on whether it was a good time to sell our house or not, John and Mary came to our home for a meeting to discuss the real estate situation in our area and gave us a lot of good information to help us make our decision to move or to stay in our current home. Their knowledge of the MLS, as well as overall knowledge of the trends in the area, were very helpful and ultimately we chose to proceed with them. Our home was under contract within 2 weeks and although we had a hiccup with the first buyer not being able to secure financing, John and Mary stayed on top of the situation and were ready to put our home back on the market when it was necessary. After that, we secured another buyer within 2 days! Both John and Mary were attentive to our needs and helped to calm our nerves that came with buying, selling, and negotiating. We do not plan to move again any time soon, but if we did, we would feel great about using John and Mary as our realtors again!
