Allison Harcourt has been working in Real Estate since 2015, first as an assistant for an office manager/broker agent, and then as an agent herself. In January of 2016, Allison became a buyer's agent and joined the top selling team in Southeast Texas and #2 in the state. From there she learned from the best, which included top of the line training such as Dave Ramsey and Corcoran Consulting & Coaching, as well as the inner workings of what the average buyer is looking for. In 2018 Allison's husband retired from the Coast Guard and started a new career in Houston. In doing so, she departed from her team and the family made the move to be closer to Houston, while still being just a short distance away from Beaumont and the Golden Triangle.. She has since worked on the buying and selling side of residential real estate, and loves them both. Finally joining her amazing RE/MAX Excellence brokerage in 2019, she has found her home. She specializes in military & out of state transfers and first time home buyers, working in both the Houston and Beaumont markets. In the past few years she has earned the Executive and 100% Club Awards and has become the Director or Agent Development, training incoming agents before they set out on their own. She is also a part of the award winning Milliorn Group, allowing for support for her clients even while out of town or on other appointments.

I get to know each family or individual I work with and make sure that they understand that they matter to me as people, not just a transaction. Honesty and open communication are very important to me. My passion for people and love of real estate are the reason I am in this business to stay!

As a proud native of Baytown, I have always had a passion for the world of real estate. This drive led me to earn a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M in 2005, where I gained the knowledge and skills to begin my career in the commercial real estate industry. With over a decade of experience as a commercial real estate appraiser analyst and trainee, as well as a new development analyst for a REIT, I developed an exceptional understanding of the industry and what it takes to succeed within it. While commercial real estate has been a significant part of my career, my heart has always been with residential properties. I have remained dedicated to keeping up with current trends and changes in my area so that I can offer my clients the most relevant and insightful advice possible. In fact, from 2018-2022, I opened my own home staging company and provided services to many agents in my area, but now I only offer my services to my own personal clients as a complimentary service when listing their homes. With my extensive experience and passion for real estate, I am confident that I can help guide you through any real estate journey you may be embarking upon.
