The Right Person for the Job!

We needed to sell our property in Scottsdale, Arizona this year and needed a realtor to help us. We talked to our Sons in Fort Worth,Texas and they had already started to work on finding someone. They discovered a group here in Texas who had a special Realtor Certification in working with Seniors. Tricia Lehane, was one such person who the group in Texas recommended to us to call Tricia. Tricia, was a delight to talk to and to know. She was enthusiastic, technology savvy and full of ideas on marketing our property. She came on Sunday afternoon to our home in Sedona. Her knowledge about the Arizona market was amazing and her communication skills proved that she loved what she did and would get to work immediately. From that point on we were certain we had selected the right person. Indeed we did have the right person, as she kept us apprised of each and every step in the process. There were multiple offers and the property sold in less than two weeks above asking price. She also helped coordinate all of the support people need to sell the house (Cleaners...etc.) Tricia is a true professional who gave us things to think about and strategies that worked.
