•We recently relocated from Colorado and Michelle has been our biggest supporter and advocate! We were in town for less than a week to view homes, and Michelle was able to take us to several home showings at times that fit our busy work schedule. Michelle has always been open and transparent, sharing her real estate experience and knowledge of the areas of the valley. During the buying process, Michelle communicated clearly and was always available to answer our many questions. Michelle shared her insights and advice while listening to what we wanted so we were able to find a wonderful new home! We are so grateful to know Michelle as she has made our transition to AZ so seamless. She has given us multiple references to vendors in the area including a handyman and pool maintenance. We not only appreciate Michelle as a realtor but deeply enjoy Michelle's humor, warmth, and care for people. We are excited to settle into our beautiful home in Cave Creek!
We found Michelle via an out of state agent to assist us with our move to Arizona. Michelle has nearly 30 years of real estate experience which helped us find the perfect Arizona home to grow into. We initially gave Michelle a dream list of items to which Michelle noted that it might be tough to hit every item on that list. But just three weeks later, when we came down to visit, Michelle showed us 18 homes during a week but had one home in particular that she felt met every criteria on our wish list and within our budget. Sure enough, that was the home we ended up buying and we could not be more thrilled. Michelle's experience in the industry has allowed her to grow a network of people to help make buying and moving into our new home, easy. From her handyman recommendations, to the pool maintenance company , every person recommended by Michelle has been professional, responsible, courteous and quick to respond to our various needs as we settle into our new house. Michelle didn't just impress us with her knowledge of the Arizona market, but also by the fact that she genuinely cares about us like we are part of her family. Michelle checked in various times throughout the home buying process (and selling our home in Colorado) to see how we were doing, check if we needed anything and just to see how we are getting settled even weeks after closing. I highly recommend Michelle and feel blessed that we had the opportunity to work with Michelle. Without a doubt, she will be my first call as we look to buy rental properties and other real estate in Arizona in the coming years.
