Grateful Tricia is our Realtor!

I first met Tricia about 14 hears ago as we were looking to purchase a house in Arizona as a vacation rental and a paradise retreat for ourselves. Tricia went above and beyond to find us our new home. We flew into Phoenix and she took us around to different communities to see what was out there. We ended up purchasing a home in Goodyear Arizona and couldn't have been happier with the treasure she found us. We had successfully rented it out to help subsidize our expenses and encountered great tenants as repeat renters for many years. We also enjoyed the sunshine and our home with its pool. We created many memories throughout the years. As we have aged it was maybe time to sell and I contacted Tricia and without hesitation asked her to sell our home. Us in Canada she in Phoenix and she took care of everything. Tricia gave us many great recommendations in selling for top dollar. She worked so well with our tenants and took the stress off of us being so far away. It happened very quickly with giving us advise also on dealing with the IRS as we were out of country purchasers.
